How to Renew a Student’s Account (Extend Validity)?

Follow the steps:

Step 1: Visit the Student menu from the left side.

Step 2: Click on the Name of the student to see the detail page of the student.

Step 3: Now to extend the validity click on the Extend Validity button to increase the validity of the student.

Note: Before renewing students always check if the content is pending in the student account. To check the pending content, you can see the detail page.

Step 4: After renewal, the student will be valid again for 60 Days. If you are extending the validity of a student after it got expired, it will add 60 days from today’s date. If you are extending the validity before the expiry date, it will add 60 days over and above the date of expiry.
